Refund and exchange policy

Wrong size? Exchanges on size are free. Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery; we send a prepaid return label for size exchanges within the United States.

Refunds: request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Return shipping for refunds is deducted from the refund ($8) unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the suit reaching our warehouse.

Not returnable: altered or tailored suits, worn items, and items without tags.
