We want the suit to fit. If the size is wrong, we exchange it free of charge.
Exchanges
- Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- The suit must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- We send a prepaid return label for size exchanges within the United States.
Refunds
- Request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Same condition rules as above. Return shipping for refunds is deducted from the refund ($8), unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the suit reaching our warehouse.
Not returnable
Altered or tailored suits, worn items, and items without tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
